Are there any other fees?

NO! Absolutely not. You pay only the $399 transaction fee per side of every deal you close and that's all.

What other benefits come with being a TMG Agent?

In addition to the low transaction fee, I will pay your Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance, PLUS your state-required online C.E. courses.

Do I get to list properties in my name?

Absolutely, this is a NOT 'team' concept agency. All the listing will be in your name and count towards any sales recorded in MIBOR (or whichever board you are in).

Do I have to use any specific software?

NO. you can use any contractual software you are comfortable with such as Zipforms or Dotloop, etc.

How do I get paid and when?

At The Modglin Group you can use either of two methods or a combination of them: 1) We will deposit your commission directly into your bank account via ACH the next day or 2) you can opt to use our Commission Disbursement Authorization (CDA) form and get your portion of the commission at the closing table the day you close.
(Note: paper checks are NOT an approved method of payment for electronic records keeping in our system)

What other items will I be responsible for?

Due to our low commission rate, you are responsbile for your own marketing, signs, business cards, etc. We can help you by providing approved vendors to create these materials or you can choose your own as well.

What about training?

We use several methods to impart knowledge to our agents. We have live training within our classroom environment, online training courses powered by REAL University and ad hoc training via our private Facebook page.
